Registrations must be received five business days before the class start date to insure timely processing.

Please remember to sign your name authorizing use of your credit card.

Online:
You may register for your class by using our online registration option.  At the bottom of  each course page you will see a listing of the section(s) offered this semester.  Under each section you will find the words 'Register for this Class.'  Click anywhere on those words and you will see a 'Your Courses' box appear in the upper left-hand corner of the page. You may continue to register for other courses or click 'Complete Registration' to pay for the course.

Please note: Your cancelled check/credit card statement will serve as proof of payment. You will be e-mailed a confirmation notice that will act as your receipt.

Registration Fee:
Payment for classes is due at the time of registration. Payment may be made by Check, Money Order, Credit Card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Discover). Participants will be charged a $15 fee for returned checks. Cash payments may be made at the Hunter College Bursar's Office, Hunter North, Room 238, Monday -Wednesday 9am - 6pm, Thursday 9am - 6pm and Friday 9am - 4pm . There is a $20 registration fee per registrant or per family. For courses with fees less than $100, the registration fee is included see descriptions.

Emergency Cancellations:
Continuing Education reserves the right to cancel classes in case of an emergency (e.g. weather-related closings and teacher illness) without advance notification. Every attempt will be made to contact students in the event of teacher’s illness or personal emergency. Please refer to our website and/or radio listings for emergency closings WCBS 880 or 1010 WINS AM.

Refunds:
Refund requests must be accompanied by your receipt. The processing of refunds takes two to four weeks.

Refund policy:
If Hunter cancels a course:
-100% refund (including registration fee).

If the student withdraws:
- 100% less registration fee, prior to the first class meeting.
- No refunds thereafter.

• Credit card refunds are credited back to the card used to register for the course.
• Cash and check registrations will be refunded via a check mailed 4 to 6 weeks after cancelled registration.
